AGE LIMIT & EXPERIENCE:
Drivers aged between 21-75, subject to satisfactory insurance proposal and minimum 12 months driving experience on a full licence. Commercial Vehicles Groups 3 & 4, 25 and over.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
Authorisation may be obtained for any number of additional drivers. An administration charge of £3 will apply for each driver.
Note: It is ILLEGAL for unauthorised persons to drive in ANY circumstances.

NON-U.K. LICENCE HOLDERS
No special arrangements are required provided above age, insurance and experience criteria are met. However, drivers inexperienced in driving on the left are asked to concentrate closely AT ALL TIMES to avoid a collision through non-compliance with U.K. rules of the road. A minimum hire period of 3 days applies.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
In order that hirers avoid liability for payment of £500 excess in the event of vehicle damage, our insurers have decreed acceptance of C. D. W. compulsory. Damage to high roof and Luton vans above cab height is not covered and will be hirers liability.

HIRE EXTENSIONS:
Subject to availability of vehicles, hires may be extended by contacting the hire office BEFORE the end of the original hire period. Failure to do so will result in the VEHICLE BEING UNINSURED and this is ILLEGAL

ANIMALS:
Our insurers expressly forbid the carriage of any pet animals in any vehicle, without prior authority.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE:
Vehicles commence hire with a full tank of fuel and must be refilled by the Hirer on return. The Hirer is responsible for minor items such as tyre damage, punctures, oil, etc. for both car and van hire.

RESERVATIONS:
An advance payment of 50% of the quoted hire charge is required to secure a booking. Any refund is entirely at our discretion. No refund is payable in the event of cancellation within seven days of commencement of hire.

PAYMENT:
Vehicle hires must be paid in full prior to commencement. For the convenience of customers, we accept all major credit and charge cards. Exemption available to approved account holders only.

REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR LICENCE (Both parts of new photo card licence are required) AND A SECOND FORM OF IDENTIFICATION IF YOU ARE NOT KNOWN TO US
