2024 Autotrader Award

We are delighted to be finalists in the Autotrader awards in London last month and its thank you to you are customers for writing such complimentary reviews. 

County Garage Ford made it to the top 3 dealers out of 13,500 retailers across the UK for the customer choice award. Our consistency achieved makes this our 6th acknowledgement from Autotrader in as many years.

  In 2024 we were delighted to be recognised for the 4th consecutive year as a Highly Rated dealer by Autotrader. 

  In 2024 we have been awarded the Car Wow Top Rated dealer for fast response times, exceptional customer service and established Carwow partner.

  In 2023, for the second consecutive year, we were awarded the Ford President's Award for customer satisfaction for our combined sales and aftersales performance. 
  
  We were also recognised for the 3rd consecutive year as a Highly Rated dealer by Autotrader for 2023.

  Finally, our leadership team was recognised in MotoNovo's Extra Mile Awards for our region. 

  In 2022, we awarded the Ford President's Award for customer satisfaction for our combined sales and aftersales performance. Only 30 dealers from a network of around 400 receive this prestigious recognition.

  We were also delighted to be recognised by Autotrader for the 2nd consecutive year for providing the highest levels of customer service, trust and transparency and became a Highly Rated dealer.

  In 2021, we were recognised by Autotrader for providing the highest levels of customer service, trust and transparency and became a Highly Rated dealer.

  We were also accreddited Electric Vehicle Approval (EVA) as the first Ford dealer to meet a set of independent standards for electric vehicle sales and aftersales backed by the UK government and Energy Savings Trust.

  In 2021 we also reached our 1000th verified review.

  In February 2020 we were announced as finalists in the Automotive Management awards for Best Online Customer Experience. 

  During 2019, we were regional final winners for customer service by Motability for both Quarter 1 and Quarter 3. 

  During 2019 we were Motortrader Award finalists for best dealer website. 

  In 2018 we were finalists for Autotrader Customer Experience award. From over 13,000 UK franchised and independant dealers, we made the shortlist of being in the final three dealers for Best Customer Experience 2018 following a process of mystery shops by email, telephone and visit to our dealership.
