Viv Simmons, 4 days agoHi, I had water ingress in the rear offside tail lift light on my Mach e. I would like to thank Ford County Garage, Herne Bay and Ford customer services for great service. The garage team works together and provides proper customer services unlike some large garages. One light unit replaced and the other seals replaced whilst they had the trim off. Thank you.
Michael Weaver, 1 week agoBought a car from here years ago, and thought I’d see if they could advise me why my phone had stopped syncing to it. Luckily Darren who if originally bought the car from was in the showroom and he and the guys disconnected/ reset my car battery and gave me a free coffee as well! Already great service, friendly and generous!

Darren and greg are very professional not pushy and always get the best deal they can even if there is obstacles in the way. County garage is one of the best in the motor trade they are always welcoming and happy and also at the front desk sarah.

I had struggles at motorpoint with dodgy cars, sales people trying to offload anything, Greg took the stress out of process when I came to county garage. Found a car that suits me best and the rest was history!

In 2018 we were finalists for Autotrader Customer Experience award. From over 13,000 UK franchised and independant dealers, we made the shortlist of being in the final three dealers for Best Customer Experience 2018 following a process of mystery shops by email, telephone and visit to our dealership.
During 2019, we were regional final winners for customer service by Motability for both Quarter 1 and Quarter 3.
During 2019 we were Motortrader Award finalists for best dealer website.
In February 2020 we were announced as finalists in the Automotive Management awards for Best Online Customer Experience.

In 2021, we were recognised by Autotrader for providing the highest levels of customer service, trust and transparency and became a Highly Rated dealer.
We were also accreddited Electric Vehicle Approval (EVA) as the first Ford dealer to meet a set of independent standards for electric vehicle sales and aftersales backed by the UK government and Energy Savings Trust.
In 2021 we also reached our 1000th verified review.

In 2022, we awarded the Ford President's Award for customer satisfaction for our combined sales and aftersales performance. Only 30 dealers from a network of around 400 receive this prestigious recognition.
We were also delighted to be recognised by Autotrader for the 2nd consecutive year for providing the highest levels of customer service, trust and transparency and became a Highly Rated dealer.
