However, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.

When they do, we encourage you to let us know. Your feedback gives us the opportunity to put things right and continually improve what we do best in looking after all your motoring needs.

Formal Complaints Procedure

Our team is trained to handle your concerns, in the first instance we would encourage you to discuss your concerns in an informal way.

However, in the event you would like to raise a formal complaint, please complete the below form and we will respond to you at our earliest convenience, and no later than 14 days. 

Complaints About Car Finance Commission 

New rules for the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) motor finance redress scheme were announced on 30 March 2026. These cover certain motor finance agreements. 

How can we help?

If you purchased a vehicle through us and we arranged the finance in the capacity of broker, if you have the registration number or date, we will be able to tell you the lender concerned and refer you to their complaints procedure. Please complete the form below and we will reply within 14 days. If you have already complained to the lender, please refer to their last communication for next steps.
