  County Garage Ford staff were good because from first visit when I spoke to Greig about what sort of car i wanted to my budget, Greig was consistent in helping me find my perfect car, he sent me lots of options without being pushy and I felt he really listened to me. My parents have used county garage fir many years now so their testament guided me to use county garage aswell. Im so pleased that Greig found me my car, its perfect for me and my son.   Hi, I had water ingress in the rear offside tail lift light on my Mach e. I would like to thank Ford County Garage, Herne Bay and Ford customer services for great service. The garage team works together and provides proper customer services unlike some large garages. One light unit replaced and the other seals replaced whilst they had the trim off. Thank you.

  Bought a car from here years ago, and thought I’d see if they could advise me why my phone had stopped syncing to it. Luckily Darren who if originally bought the car from was in the showroom and he and the guys disconnected/ reset my car battery and gave me a free coffee as well! Already great service, friendly and generous!

  I have always brought cars from county garage the last few years and have recommended family and friends who have also brought cars. Darren and greg are very professional not pushy and always get the best deal they can even if there is obstacles in the way.   Greig was super, from minute 1 to the end, extremely helpful, caring & knowledgeable. Definitely looks out for customers and makes the process go a lot more smoother. I had struggles at motorpoint with dodgy cars, sales people trying to offload anything, Greg took the stress out of process when I came to county garage. Found a car that suits me best and the rest was history!

  I was searching for a nearly new Focus Estate and found the right spec car advertised on Autotrader, available at County Garage Ford. Every contact with them them (Darren), has been exemplary. He understood I was 4 hours away, sent videos and photos and provided enough info to make it worth the journey with a view to purchase. He facilitated a part exchange at a decent price, and went the extra mile in prepping the Focus for me. I particularly liked that he did not push finance when I'd made it clear I was a cash buyer. At no point did I feel pressured. Great business to work with, I wish I was close enough to have them service it etc.

  The staff at County Garage Ford were good because very knowledgeable helpful due to my other car getting stolen they found the car I wonted as my other car was for my 50th birthday and now my new car is better a d I am so happy and I ha e received 5 phone call to see how I am getting on and set up my phone to the car and app on my phone was also done and some petrol was puy in for me as I came from Croydon on there recommended

  Purchased a Focus Estate recently. Had the most amazing honest customer service from Darren who made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Even the after-sale service was top-class. Couldn't recommend County Garage more. I haven't experienced this quality of care in a very long time. Other establishments should take a leaf out of their book. Thankyou!!

  Recently had a flat battery replaced by a call out organisation. In the process they damaged wiring and a warning light came on which they were unable to resolve. County garage diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will be taking my Ford Focus to them for future work and servicing.

  Purchased a puma from county garage just before Xmas. Greig was brilliant, no pushy sales from him, we got a great px valuation on our car, everything was so relaxing and so straightforward. Even had follow up calls from greig just to make sure we are happy with our new car.   How buying a car should be. I purchased a Puma from County Garage, and I'm very pleased with the exceptional service I got , Greig and the team went above and beyond in every way. I told Greig I live an hour and half away, and would it be possible to some down and view the car and If I like it drive away that day with it. Greig was very accommodating with my needs, and he took the stress away. The two videos of the car I was sent and the amount of detail Greig went into in these videos was first class and very helpful. Thank you so much County Garage and Greig.

  Purchased a fiesta from Greig at county garage, excellent service and super happy with the car. It had only come in the day before and they turned it around for us really quickly, serviced, mot'ed, valet and even topped up the fuel for our long trip home so we didn't need to stop. Would highly recommend, the videos were also really useful. My kids might even give me a go in it soon!
